Inn
Policies
The Inn is a
non-smoking establishment.
Prices
are per room, whether for one or two persons. Children under 10,
occupying same room as parents, are free. There will be a $10
charge for older children occupying the same room. The suite, will
accommodate up to four people, $20 per extra person charge.
The
inn has no facilities for meals other than breakfast. Beverages
and light snacks, such as chips and crackers, may be taken to your room,
but we ask that you plan to eat meals outside the inn. We will be
glad to recommend one of Ludington's fine dining establishments.
Rent the entire house for group events and dining room may be used for
catered in/delivered food.
Reservation
Policy
A
minimum deposit of one night's room rate must be received within seven (7)
days of your reservations request. Full payment is expected upon
arrival. Reservations will be confirmed by mail or fax. Deposit
may be made by check or credit card.
Deposits
are returned, less $10 handling fee, for cancellations received one week
in advance of arrival date. If you must cancel on shorter
notice, we will be unable to refund your deposit, however, it may be
applied to a new date provided cancellation is received at least 24
hours prior to arrival date. Deposits will beheld for one
year. Cancellations made same day as expected arrival will
not receive a refund or a credit.
Cancellation
period for groups, holidays and special events may be more than one
week, and will be discussed with you in advance.
